One thing that works for me is to think of 3 things that I am grateful for today. For example, I felt grateful that I could do lots of house chores to help my family during the first two weeks of my newborn baby. I felt grateful that I could run 5K in nearby trail and see quite a few human faces, take in some fresh air and also build mental and physical strength. I felt grateful that I could make time to watch 20 minutes comedy videos on YouTube to bring about a change in my mood. You could share what works for you during these times.
